With some breakout players like Alex Pansini (’21), who was named the season’s first MAAC pitcher of the week, and Reece Armitage (’21) with a batting average of .385, our Red Foxes are sure to see a successful season. Make sure you see the next home game is March 25th on the McCann Baseball Field.

As the MAAC Preseason favorites, our Men’s Lacrosse team is determined to defend their Championship title once again. Catch the Marist-Hartford game on February 25th at Tenney Stadium, which was recently named one of the best spots to watch college lacrosse.

Basketball is arguably one of the most popular sports to watch at Marist. Our Women’s Basketball team is crushing the season at 20-4. Come show your support for our Red Foxes on February 24th in our revamped McCann Center.

Living in Upper Fulton, I pass the tennis courts every day on my way to classes. As a former Wii Sports afficionado, my expert opinion is that they’re doing great. Not only are the men and women practicing hard, but they’re always jamming to the perfect workout playlist. We see you, tennis.

Track & Field

Our Red Foxes always impress at track meets. On Valentine’s Day, several of our Track & Field stars obtained new personal bests. Jeremy Mooney (’22) broke program records with a time of 7.12 seconds for the 60m dash, solidifying him as one of the fastest sprinters in Marist Athletics history.

Swim & Dive Team

This season is going swimmingly for the Men’s Swim & Dive team, with a record of 11-2 with a winning streak of 7 meets. As the leading team in the MAAC, Marist has won more league championships than any other school in the conference. The Swimming & Diving team is the most decorated varsity program in the Marist Athletics department. Who knew foxes could swim so well?

Water Polo
